Mortgage from Margaret Eddon of Brayles, widow, and John Eddon her son, pedlar,
to Thomas Gibbs of Sutton [Sutton-under-Brailes] co. Gloucester, miller, of a
cottage and tenement situated in the Crowne End of Brayles between the houses
of Mary Rimell and Mary Porter, widow on the east and west.

to Sarah Smith of Evesham, widow, daughter of the said John New, the elder, of
two messuages, lands and appurtenances in Weston Subedge, co. Gloucester,
mortgaged to the said John New, the elder, by Thomas Rimell of Pebworth, co.
Gloucester, [co. Worcester] yeoman, with an assurance by the said Thomas Rimell
to the said Sarah Smith to acknowledge the said assignment.

Covenant between John Banwell of Kineton, yeoman, and John Greaves of Barford,
gent., whereby the said John Banwell agrees to produce a deed relating to an
annuity of £20 charged upon a messuage and lands in Weston Subedge, co.
Gloucester, granted to the said John Banwell by Thomas Rimell of Pebworth, co.
Gloucester, [co. Worcester] yeoman, which lands were released by the said
Thomas Rimell to the said John Greaves.
